Application Support Consultant
As an Application Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical problem resolutions to customers. LeadTrac is designed for use in a variety of customer environments, so it is important that the Application Support Consultant can identify specific use cases and prioritize issues accordingly. You will interact directly with customers regularly, managing critical incidents and training on product features for new releases.
Technical Writing & Training
Work on a continuous integration process, implementing automated testing and reporting.
Work with relational database technology (SQL Server 2012 and above) and assist with the design of data warehouses.
As a Business Analyst, you'll work with our team of developers and product managers to analyze customer requirements, participate in joint application development sessions, validate proposed solutions, assist in the creation of user stories and user personas, and take on additional duties within SCRUM. You will interact with support, developers and customers regularly, adding items to the product backlog, and documenting new functionality.
Create and/or improve upon user manuals, technical documentation, training materials, product sheets, website & marketing content.
